Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order isn’t quite what you expected, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please email us at hello@pocitravel.co to request a Return Authorization (RA) number along with step-by-step instructions.

Important Notes:

  • Items are to be returned in the same condition as received; unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging
  • Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the order arrived damaged
  • If there are any issues with your packaging upon delivery, please take a photo of the damaged box or tape prior to opening the package
  • Once your return request has been approved, the return must be initiated within 2 business days
  • If we do not receive the return in a timely manner, we will not accept it and a refund will not be issued
  • We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit, refunds will only be processed once returns have been received and inspected at our warehouse
  • For international returns, any customs or duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on returns are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card issuers may require additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@pocitravel.co

Exchanges

Due to limited stock, we are unable to offer direct exchanges at this time. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 2 days of delivery. We will provide a complimentary return label, and the return process must be initiated within 2 business days of receipt of the label. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a full refund. If the item is still available, you are of course welcome to place a new order.
